Ordering & payment

How can I contact the store?
By phone: Call +44 7548 716455 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM). Online: browse our latest designs 24 hours a day at www.mairahcollection.co.uk. By email: you can email orders to sales@mairahcollection.co.uk — please state the item, size (for rings), finish or colour, quantity, product code, your contact details and postcode. By post: 28 Rushton Avenue, Bradford Plaza, Bradford, BD3 8JW, United Kingdom.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express card payments, securely processed by Stripe, as well as PayPal. You can also pay by cheque, postal order or bank transfer — please contact us first. All prices are in GBP.
Am I charged as soon as I order?
Yes — your card is charged on the day you place the order.
What is a credit card security number?
The card security code on most cards is a three-digit number on the signature strip on the back of your card. It gives extra protection when shopping online, because only the person holding the card can see it — it isn't printed anywhere else and doesn't appear on receipts.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, we do wholesale. For more information contact us or call +44 7548 716455.

Sizing, care & gifts

How do I find my ring size?
Our rings use UK sizes (letters, for example N or P½). The easiest way is to measure a ring you already wear on the same finger: lay it flat and measure the inside diameter in millimetres, then compare it with a UK ring size chart. A jeweller can also size your finger. If you're between sizes, we'd suggest the larger one. Not sure? contact us before you order.
How do I look after my jewellery?
As a general guide, put jewellery on after perfume, hairspray and make-up, and take it off before swimming, showering, exercising or cleaning. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing and store each piece separately in a pouch or box to avoid scratches and tangles. Check the product page for any care notes specific to the piece.
Can I buy something as a gift?
Yes. If you're sending a piece to someone else, you can enter their delivery address at checkout. For gift packaging or a message, please contact us before you order and we'll tell you what we can do.

Delivery

Will you charge delivery each time?
UK delivery is £5.95 per order, however large the order is, and free on orders over £100. Full delivery details.
How much will I be charged for postage and packaging?
Within the UK it's £5.95 (free over £100). For other countries the price is shown at checkout once you enter your address, or contact us.
If part of my order is out of stock, do I pay extra delivery when the rest is sent?
If items are out of stock you'll be notified by phone or email. You won't be charged extra for postage and packaging.
What if I'm not at home when the courier tries to deliver?
The courier will try a second time. If you're out again they'll leave a visiting card (with a telephone number) in your letterbox, and you may need to collect the parcel from the Post Office.

Returns & refunds

Returns policy.
If I return everything in my order, am I still charged delivery?
All costs of returning goods are paid by the customer, and delivery charges are payable again when goods are dispatched from our warehouse. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.
